  I don’t write reviews often, but this experience absolutely deserves one. Thank you, Mike! The best way I can describe him is that he reminded me of a modern-day Viking—not because he was intimidating, but because he carried himself with quiet confidence, strength, and an incredible work ethic. He was also a true gentleman. When I arrived, the lot was completely packed, the phones were ringing nonstop, and there were only two people managing an enormous workload. Even with all of that going on, he treated me—and everyone else—with patience and respect. I could tell he was exhausted, yet he kept a positive attitude, joked with customers, and made an otherwise stressful situation feel much more manageable. If a customer was confused or frustrated, he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. He also gave me advice about a clicking noise in my car that actually fixed the issue immediately—I was genuinely shocked that it worked! He was completely honest when he told me he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to finish my car that evening because of how busy they were, and I appreciated that transparency. What stood out to me most wasn’t just his skill—it was his character. He’s clearly a master of his craft, but it’s his professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for people that make him exceptional. Despite the workload, he still had my car repaired in about two hours. I walked away impressed not only by the quality of the work, but by the way he handled himself under pressure. Honestly, even though needing car repairs is never fun, I enjoyed being there because of the atmosphere he created. This man deserves an energy drink and a pat on the back. People like this are hard to find. He has my utmost respect, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I’ll absolutely be back the next time my car needs work.

  This place got me in to fix a tire first thing Sunday morning after the 4th of July. We were traveling and really needed to get back on the road. Very reasonably priced and expedient work. They said it would be “a couple of hours”, and it was done in less than 2 hours. Excellent customer service from Mike as well. Would absolutely recommend this place.

  Mike and NTB were incredible. Had a flat tire the day after Fourth of July and they had a million appointments, being the only place open, but Mike and team were kind, quick, and professional, and squeezed me in for a patch. Affordable and honest. Definitely recommend!

  Mike was very professional. I arrived late for my appointment at NTW and he was kind enough to fit me in though they were very busy. I thank Mike again for his put customers first attitude and highly recommend NTB for all your tire needs! Dr. S

  I got into my car after leaving work and the tire pressure was reading 15. What a headache! I tried to stop at a few gas stations to just add air, but the air compressors were not functional at 3 places. By pure chance I googled tire repair near me and NTB came up. Mike answered the phone when I called and I told him my issue. He said to stop by and he could put air into it. Upon doing so, he found a nail! He got me in right at that second. With the help of Dre, the tire was plugged up and repaired. It was such a great experience and quick! I can’t thank Mike enough for getting me in so quickly!
