  Renting from National Car Rental was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was fast, smooth, and incredibly convenient. The app was easy to use, and I really liked the ability to go straight to my car. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of right away. The vehicle I received was clean, comfortable, and in great condition — exactly what I needed. Returning the car was just as easy, with no hassle and no surprises. Overall, National delivered reliable service, quality vehicles, and a stress–free rental experience. I’ll definitely be choosing them again in the future.

  The experience provided is great. Vehicles are clean and the staff is kind and helpful. However, navigating the lost and found process is extremely difficult. I have a time sensitive need, and I have been attempting to get in contact with someone since I returned my vehicle, over a week ago. If this process were to be resolved or more efficient, it would be 5-stars.

  Jake helped me on August 9th 2026. He was AMAZING. Super friendly and professional. He helped me with a small issue and resolved it within 5 minutes. National is lucky to have him as an employee. Will return because of the great customer service.

  National rental car at the Pittsburgh airport was probably one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had getting a rental car. I didn’t feel like there were a ton of extra hoops and filling out more paperwork than was necessary walk straight out friendly people met me directed me to cars for me to choose from found one I really liked and the way we went. When it came time to return the car, we were met by Ja'Kobe. He was super friendly upbeat and had us on our way to catch our flight in no time. The service was next level and I will definitely use national again in other locations.
