  Don't leave anything in the car when you return it--I left a power bank & emergency tire inflator in the back pocket of the passenger's chair, I called them within half an hour of returning the vehicle and told them exactly where it was, submitted a lost and found ticket, and they "can't find it". Sure you can't--thieves!

  Don't leave anything in the car when you return it--I guarantee the thieves at this location will steal it! I left a power bank & emergency tire inflator in the back pocket of the passenger's chair, we wrote to them and told them exactly where it is, called and told them exactly where it is and they "can't find it". Sure you can't--thieves. EDIT: After my wife and I posted reviews, the manager finally reached out directly and managed to "find" the items.

  I had a unique trip with crazy travel times and requirements. National met all my needs without missing a beat. I’ve been an Emerald Isle member for more than 20 years. National always provides a consistently good experience for me.

  It is a great place to rent a car or truck. I have never had any issues when it comes to National. I appreciate their great hospitality and their business class.

  Sydney at Enterprise/National airport was incredibly helpful! There was an issue with my booking where the car class I reserved wasn’t available, and although I selected a lower class vehicle, I was still charged the original rate. Sydney stepped in, took ownership of the situation immediately, and resolved it without any back-and-forth. Really appreciated her proactive approach and customer-first attitude. She made the experience smooth despite the initial hiccup.
