  We had to switch out the car for a mechanical issue, but the Pittsburgh Airport personnel were very professional and got us a different car right away.

  I was erroneously charged $50 for parking ticket. I provided receipts and credit card statements proving this true. I was told by National on April 2nd that it would be resolved in 7-10 days. Today is June 11 and, after several emails and phone calls, they just do not reply.

  I wanted to send 5 stars to the lady that sent me on my way but did not get her name. I had a genesis to check out but was told I couldn't take it on a one way trip. I was told to grab a Durango . I did and when I got to the checkout the lady told me I couldn't take that either, to which I frustratingly said I have already wasted my extra time I allowed for my trip. I was told to take this vehicle. Although she wasn't happy about it, she did it, so kudos to you, and dealing with my frustrated attitude. I would recommend putting a green tag or something similar on vehicles that aren't one way suitable on the lot to avoid this as there is no indicator other than getting turned around at the gate and wasting a lot of time
