call service for appointments are horrible. Got through to the service manager, he agreed the call service is bad. He set me up with a next day appointment and time. I arrived thirty minutes early. They couldn't do my service said the guy that inspects was off today. You just made my appointment the other day. Unprofessional and waste of time.

Horrible service had an appointment scheduled and they told me they couldn’t get to my vehicle after they had my car for 7 hrs. If I wouldn’t of called they would of just kept my car all day with no communication. Front desk guy has no customer service skills. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. They suck. Wish I could give them a lower rating than 1

A literal group of clowns. They had my car for 8 hours before I called to see if it was done, at which point they told me they couldn't inspect it because they didn't have anyone that could drive manual to pull it into the shop. I get that stick shift cars are fairly uncommon now but I had been told the day prior they would have someone there who could drive it. I reluctantly agreed to reschedule to later that week, when I came in the second time they told me they were out of state inspection stickers despite making said appointment days earlier. I eventually just gave up and went to my usual place where they could actually drive my car and not jerk me around over the course of multiple days.

I would definitely not recommend this place for state inspections. I made an appointment for 9:00 am. Mechanic not even there. Waited 3 hours. Job not completed til 12:00 noon. Then I noticed mechanic put wrong stickers on windshield! Had to wait another half hr for correct stickers. Only one mechanic working. Lots of walk ins which took time away from my appt. Never going back. Note: Counter person AJ was very nice and good person. They need more mechanics. Darlene K.
