- RRReeseAug 15, 20261.0DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I had a 7:30 AM appointment and when I arrived, no one was here. Called customer service and they connected me to another location who reached out to the store manager, and they advised me that he was on the way. At 8 AM he arrives with no apology looking at me like I’m the problem. When I scheduled the appointment, I let them know that I was going to wait for my car. Never once did they tell me that there was a line of cars in front of me. I would have waited, but because I was treated so horribly, I ended up, leaving, emotional and taking my car to my dealership. Horrible customer service, and horrible first experience.

Will definitely not use them. Also sounds like the customer service reps are on the phone walking around outside with wind everywhere so not professional as I could barely hear them.

So I took my car to jiffy lube instead they had it done right away no appointment needed either.
