  Needed a state inspection done before a long trip after getting a new registration, but nobody else could get me in except Monro. It was my first time with them, and they're super friendly. They noticed right away that I needed an alignment just by looking at the front tires for two seconds - which I knew I did too - and when driving home post-inspection the car drove so much straighter than before. They had me in and out in around an hour and fifteen minutes, but I went early so they weren't as busy. The only downside was the price, ~$250 for a state inspection and alignment seems a bit high, but overall I would definitely recommend Monro!

  They were nothing short of accommodating. Went out of there way to help me in getting my car back to safe. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.

  Closest shop to me but won’t go back. Shipped tires to store here to be installed, agreed to alignment as I do when I replace a set. Was told afterwards they have no record or way to show the alignment was preformed. New to the area, all my prior mechanics have provided clear before/after printouts (as does any quality shop imo). They use the same machine and have the capability to show / print this info, but refused. The mechanic even had the audacity to tell me that I can know that an alignment was done by the fact that the vehicle isn’t “pulling”. This is incorrect and any mechanic worth their wrenches knows this… I was more concerned with edge wear, braking at speed, etc and only a report from the alignment machine can show this. Those things keep records, he could have showed it to me if they stood behind their work. I’m not confident an alignment was actually preformed and didn’t appreciate the misleading responses. First and only visit, will find a shop that is more transparent.
