  I always go to monro when I need service and they always work with my schedule and get me seen when needed. Very trustworthy and the service is always quick. The staff is also great there. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

  The service department, led by John, made things super easy. In and out on the same day that I scheduled the appointment.

  175$ for an oil change and a filter , they made up service fees and they tried to tell me I needed new tires even though I just got my car inspected . Customer service hung up on me , they didn’t include the complimentary tire rotation. 175$ for an oil change and filter , pure insanity .

  My front breaks needed fixed an rotors I was quoted out the door for all 720 then it needed a flush another 125 that would be 845 no it was 945 said my tires don’t pass administrations… yet they are new . No bald on them I feel very taken advantage of with me being a woman wouldn’t listen what I just needed yes got my car in. But if you can wait I’d wait a find somewhere else I would and there tires are double in price .feel very taken advantage of.

  These guys saved me on a Saturday afternoon when my car needed immediate, unexpected service and every other repair shop was closed or inaccessible. They were friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly efficient and so compassionate. I had my car towed here from south hills village and I’m so glad I did. They saved me, and I had my car back, good as new, by Monday! So thankful for these guys. Go here- you won’t be sorry!
