  They made the process of getting my vehicle repaired seamless. I was communicated with regularly with where they were at in the process. They made sure every part of my vehicle was clean as well. It looks like a brand new vehicle!

  Had an accident with scaffolding falling on my car and needed the roof replaced. I had originally wanted to go to my dealership for repairs, but they could not get me in for 3 months. Someone referred me to Gerber and they were happy to get me in as soon as they could - way faster and WAY more pleasant to deal with. As soon as I called, Ashley was happy to help me with the estimated damage report and as soon as I dropped the car off, I was updated promptly about the status of repairs. They did warn me it would be about a month for repairs because of the large scale of work, but it was finished early. When I picked up my car, everyone I interacted with in the office was super friendly and helpful. The body work and paint job looked brand new and they even cleaned the inside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise. They really made the entire process painless! Would recommend!

  Terrible work. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE. Paint started to peel off my car within a week. I went back and they said it was the gloss coating. They just needed to do it again. Don’t waste your time rip off

  I recently trusted Wolberts to fix extensive damage on my car. From day 1 of the car being returned to me, issues were non stop. Two front tires replaced (supposedly new) by Wolberts and both acquired bulges in The sidewalls with not even 2,000 miles on them. No pothole could have done that, as they were on opposing sides. Bob Wolbert denied any warranty on my tires and was so extremely rude during The process, that outside parties even became enraged at his lack of customer service or human respect in general. There were also "MISSING" records of an engine mount they had replaced at the same time as tires (Early November) that also has since failed and is refused repair or compensation. The gauges and permanent damage in my center arm rest from the mechanics was the smallest of the issues I had from all of this. Most of the staff at Wolberts are good to deal with, but I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Lying, degrading, and no concern of customer service. SHAME ON YOU!
