- JNJules NowalkApr 24, 20261.0Got my car towed yesterday, and unfortunately some suspension issue was caused because it started pulling to the right whenever I was driving. I took it back to them and the guy just walked around the car taking pictures of the previously existing bumper damage and sidewall, and tried claiming that is what the issue was. Wouldn't even take it for a spin to see. It's one thing to make a mistake while towing, but insulting my intelligence with your haphazard explanations and complete complacency in the situation is just pathetic. You don't get steering issues from bumper or tire wall damage. It's common sense, but all can be fixed with a lawsuit.

Insurance had tried 3 different towing companies already and I was either ghosted or given up on. Ferra had my car on a truck 30 minutes after they were called. They didn't need me to remote start anything or do anything, they just took care of business. I felt very well taken care of and the rep I talked to was very kind. Ultimately I believe not many companies are confident in towing EVs, but Ferra is a pro!
