  At a community event, Touch a Truck and Zack from Ferra's came to the rescue with battery service. It had been a long day for all of us. Zack not only offered help, but with a smile and clear explanation to questions. Thank you Ferra's!

  Charged almost $1000 for a road call 8mi away. They needed to change a red air line, but said the blue was damaged as well and did 3in1. Never consulted or informed that the blue air line was damaged, asked for pictures of it and they never sent anything and charged almost $500 for the 3in1 lines.. When asked why they didn't give us a call or an estimate and when asked to get the price lower since that is way overpriced, they said "pay or we'll call the police." That's the kind of "good scammers" you will be dealing with here. Now they're going to write something, as you can see on all 1 stars replies that we're lying or we're wrong, not 1 star is accurate per them. AVOID!

  I had a brake failure when traveling. Ferra towed my van from the turnpike where the failure occurred to their shop and did a complete inspection of the brake system. They explained exactly what happened, and had the parts needed for a complete repair in a very short time. They completed the repair for us even though they were busy. The entire staff was plesent and made sure we were comfortable during our ordeal. I must commend the tow truck driver and the mechanic for the professionalism and compassion during our ordeal. Thank you Ferra automotive service.

  On Wednesday July 8th my brother and I was going to new stanton, pa from Ontario, Canada. All of a sudden my motorhome got a flat 25 miles from route 30 turn off from 76 turnpike. By the time I got thru to the right channels thru my CAA to AAA they got Ferra's Automotive Services to come to help us. The tow truck driver was a super excellent guy named Joe O'Brien. He got us up and running again on one tire on the one side and took us to a tire place that sells my size of tire and we stayed there for the night and the next day the tire place helped us and we were on the road again.

  My EV “ran out of charge”…not really but it quit going while in my way back to Ohio. The Geicko roadside man found me almost immediately, checked on me and dispatched Zach, my highway guardian angel. He was there writhing 10-15 minutes, was kind, patient and truly helpful. 6 miles later, I’m charging my car. THANKS ZACH!
