Have been using these chargers for a few months and are usually empty. A new one was recently installed and will help reduce frequency of being full! Highly recommend using these chargers and the EVGO app. Relatively inexpensive compared to other options.

First time using EVgo for me and it was really easy. I just tapped my cc and started charging. All 4 stalls were working (me & 3 other cars) It’s also convenient being right next to Trader Joe’s, shops and restaurants.

Every unit was out of service except for one, which was slow and already occupied. Customer service was totally useless.
