  I arrived at the charging stations with29% Because of the way of the cars were parked at the last charging station I had to pull the charging cord quite a distance, and it was very hard and it rubbed against the car next mine. it was so hard that I just put that one back in the car next to me said he was be done in a couple minutes so I waited for him to get done so that I could pull up directly to the charging station and cord more easily. After I got the court connected, it took a few minutes to connect and begin charging. I left my car and walked through the parking lot too target I helped my sister with a little shopping and before we knew it I looked and it was over 80%, so very quickly so so absolutely no stress no waiting I was very satisfied

  Not a great location. Usually always a line because one charger is always broke. Also garbage everywhere. For some reason this charger attracts people who don't take care of it.

  Due to Target construction, I think this charger is currently unavailable. The part of the parking lot was fenced off.

  All charging stations experiencing problems today. One wouldn't work for any one who tried. The other 3 seemed to be current limited. I talking with other drivers everyone was having difficulty getting a reasonable charge speed. For 15 minutes my vehicle was literally consuming more energy than it was importing.
