    I really appreciate enterprise and their professional work ethic being able to arrive get into a vehicle quickly. I’ve never had a problem with enterprise.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I reserved a Full-Size SUV (Tahoe class) weeks in advance because we were flying internationally into Pittsburgh with 7 passengers, including 3 children, and 5 large suitcases. When we arrived, Enterprise told us they had no full-size SUVs available. The only vehicle they could offer was a minivan. With all of our luggage, the van could not safely accommodate everyone, leaving us in an impossible situation after a long international travel day with exhausted kids. We had no realistic choice but to take it. What happened next was even worse. For the next three days, I repeatedly contacted Enterprise to arrange the swap I was promised at the rental counter. * I was told someone would call me back within an hour. No one ever called. * I called back and was told there was no record of my request. * A new request was supposedly entered, and I was promised another callback. Again, no one called. * The following day, I called again and was once again told there was no record of any previous request. * I was told a regional manager would contact me. No one called. * I was then transferred to Roadside Assistance, who informed me they couldn’t help and transferred me back to Customer Service. * Eventually, I was told to simply drive from Enterprise location to Enterprise location myself looking for a replacement vehicle. Because the vehicle we received did not meet the needs of our reservation, we ended up borrowing a friend’s vehicle and driving two cars everywhere during our family vacation. I understand that rental companies cannot always guarantee a specific make or model. However, if you reserve a vehicle class, you should receive a functionally equivalent replacement or a reasonable solution. Instead, I spent hours on the phone over multiple days repeating the same story because none of my previous requests were documented, and none of the promised callbacks ever happened. The lack of communication, follow-through, and ownership of the problem was far more frustrating than the initial vehicle shortage. I sincerely hope Enterprise improves its processes so future customers don’t have to spend their vacation trying to fix a problem that wasn’t their fault.

    The Staff was extremely professional, smiling. They are always there to hear and help. I had an issue with the car in the first week, when I returned it they promised me on the following rental they would upgrade my car. It happened!!! as I came back the following week for work. Top Team Enterprise all over in US though.

    It started with Marie who welcomed my family with a genuine, bright smile. Then, the manager John placed us in a Wagoneer. It was perfect as my son loves Jeeps! Jay got us checked out efficiently and everything went smoothly. When we returned the car we were checked in within just a few minutes. Great and efficient service matters a lot to families and individuals traveling, especially at the airport on compressed schedules. This team displayed A+ service. Thank you!

    They say they rent exotic cars and i paid for one and never got what i paid for . I received a BMW Not an exotic car ! The BMW had engine problems . They had about 25 percent of the bill with all made up surcharges that where never discussed till you get to the point of paying for the vehicle. What a scam. I own a company and if I was to do that I would be sued for consumer fraud. I don’t know how they get away with this.
