  Employees are always kind and helpful. Cars are in good condition. Lots of cancelations and delays at Pittsburgh tonight and Enterprise was doing a great job handling the influx of people looking for rentals.

  Amber was very pleasant to work with during my last visit to this enterprise location! She was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable & able to answer any questions I had during my time there. Very appreciative of the terrific service provided!

  Ease of online car rental process. At the Pittsburgh airport, Enterprise had available courteous & professional staff to assist on vehicle selection, and later return process. Would recommend the Pittsburgh airport Enterprise vendor to others.

  We had an excellent experience with Enterprise, especially considering we arrived in Pittsburgh at 3:00 AM after a series of flight delays — aka the exact moment when you’re exhausted, cranky, and questioning every life choice that led you to travel with children. 😂 Thankfully, Enterprise opens at 5:00 AM, and they got us into a car and on our way quickly. Even better, they gave us a very sweet upgrade, which made the kids happy and instantly improved everyone’s mood. A small thing that felt like a big deal at that hour! A huge shout-out to Sue at the front service desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and personable. She was dealing with some very sleep-deprived, weary travelers and somehow still managed to make us feel welcome and taken care of. That deserves recognition. The return was just as easy, and the young woman who checked in our car was upbeat, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. Enterprise, you’re clearly doing something right when it comes to hiring people. Friendly, helpful employees can make all the difference — especially at 5 AM when your brain is basically operating on airplane mode. 😂 A+ experience. We really appreciated the kindness!

  I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Enterprise location at 4489 Campbells Run Road in Pittsburgh, PA. on Sunday 8/23. I was met by a very rude Enterprise representative that clearly hated his job. Despite having secured an advanced reservation and confirmation number for a rental car, this gentleman refused to help me. He lacked even the most basic customer service skills and showed a complete indifference towards me and other customers waiting that day. This is the first time I have ever had a negative experience at Enterprise after many years as a customer so I felt compelled to share it here. Enterprise you should reevaluate whether this person should be in a customer facing role and at a minimum provide them with some basic customer service training. After a few wasted hours and multiple Uber trips I was eventually able to secure a rental car at the Enterprise Pittsburgh airport location, which went very smoothly as all of my previous experiences with Enterprise have been. The Campbells Run Road location in Pittsburgh needs some work!
