  Had to rent a car while my car was in the shop being fixed. Insurance company reserved one for me from Enterprise. I arrived to pick up my rental only to discover i was getting a 5 passenger and not a 7 passanger vehicle. The service person immediately found and switched me to a van! My whole experience was stress free! I highly recommend Enterprise !

  This is definitely the worst place to rent from because they are so rude poor customer service and very helpless with service I rented from enterprise over 5 years this has been the worst place and workers I have ever ran across

  The person who helped my husband and I on our pick up day was excellent. Our original vehicle may have had a leaking tire but he didn’t rush us through selecting a new vehicle that would fit our needs and be safe for our family even (though we had a later pick up time that was close to their end of the business day). It made a huge difference for our peace of mind on a 10- hour car trip!

  I rented a 15 passenger van for my family to go to Myrtle Beach. Thinking it would be the safest easiest way. On the outside the van was nice. The inside was filthy! My husband spent hours cleaning it. On the drive down the air conditioner stops working after the first hour. As we reached the Carolina’s the heat became unbearable leaving everyone in the car especially the baby feeling ill! Not to mention the oil needs changed ding going off every hour.After arriving in Myrtle Beach and speaking with Enterprise at several locations and service department you would think they would take care of this issue immediately. NOPE. To make a long nightmare short. My husband spend our 1 family vacation a year either on the phone or driving this van to switch it out, finally taking it to the Ford dealership to be repaired.Ford telling us all of the issues of the vehicle bad front/ back breaks air conditioner needed parts ordered in etc etc etc . You would think Enterprise would be driving this van to get fixed! NOPE. My husband did. Meanwhile my family missed out on all of the fun activities we had planned for the week.Van could not completely be repaired during our vacation. So essentially we had no vehicle! They took some money off for all the days we did not have a vehicle. But our time and aggravation servicing their vehicle out of state was ridiculous! I would give negative stars for cleanliness negative stars for customer service negative stars for not servicing vehicle! Do better with your vehicles Enterprise! A Family’s safety should always be your #1 priority!
