  Great experience and would recommend everyone to get a Enterprise Vehicle..Employees are great to work with and explain all options of renting a vehicle.Easy out and Easy return.

  The issues I have with Enterprise has nothing to do with its staff or sales associates. My issue lies in the policies of enterprise. My rental was involved in a hit and run. I had a police report, video, and the individuals License plate. Even though I had all this information and had nothing to do with the damages, I was informed that I had to pay my insurance deductible(on the spot) in order to continue my contract and be placed in a new vehicle. I completely understand if I was the one who caused the damages to be required to pay my deductible. However I do not understand why I would have to pay my deductible for someone else's responsibility. At the time when I dropped off the vehicle I was unprepared and very agitated that I was expected to pay. It placed me in position to not only not have a rental but I wasn't even offered a ride home and had to call a Rideshare. On a side note, at the time I had a clean driving record and an exceptional credit rating.

  This place is absolutely awesome!! My boyfriend and I were having issues with our car and needed to find a reliable replacement as quickly as possible. We shopped around at several places in the area, trying to find the best option, but Enterprise easily earned our business because of their amazing colleague, Rahzy. From the moment we walked in, Rahzy made the entire process feel smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. She was incredibly patient with us while we worked through our decision-making, never making us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to answer every single question we had and made sure we fully understood all of our options. What stood out the most was how dedicated she was to making sure we had the best experience possible. She even got her team involved to help answer additional questions and make sure everything was handled efficiently. That level of teamwork and customer service really meant a lot to us. Buying a car can be overwhelming, especially when you’re already dealing with the stress of car trouble, but Rahzy turned it into such a positive and exciting experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. We are beyond happy to be driving our new baby, and we’re so grateful for the excellent service we received. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Enterprise—especially if you get the chance to work with Rahzy!

  Terrible experience with this enterprise and all of them actually…. I called over a week ago telling them what day my car would be going to the shop and the insured me they would have a full size sedan available. Instead they show up with a compact car without informing me that isn’t equivalent to my vehicle at all. I’ve called numerous times and each enterprise tells me they’re all out of full size sedans which I find that hard to believe. Then I contacted customer service who told me they’re airport could exchange it for me just for them to tell me no they’re saving all of their full size sedans for the nfl draft over a week away. Absolutely ridiculous.
