  Don’t let people book something online if you don’t have the cars in stock. Not saying it’s these guys fault as much as enterprise as a whole

  Rented here for years but as of today finished. Went in to pick up my car I booked the day before at which point they informed me I could not use my debit card which seemed weird I informed them I have used it many times. At that point a woman who's name I dont know explained she would need at least 2 utility bills to verify who I was. She looked me up then explained how I used a credit card last time not sure why I care about that but I said I was not willing to provide any utility bills as I am a repat customer who also uses them for my company and several employees. After a back and forth she basically said oh well and I will be glad to give thousands to another company. In my opinion she assumed I couldn't pay my bill its ok her unprofessional and over the top conduct just cost them money. Stay away from them.
