  The rewards system is very good. Also the customer service at the Library Rd branch in Pittsburgh was excellent. Very helpful with all of my questions and did a great job!

  Always a good rental experience from Enterprise on library road. Staff is always awesome and make sure you have a great experience. Fan performed as expected for a trip from Pittsburgh to Ocean City, Maryland and back.

  They are generally very good about having rentals available when they say they will (...but only after you show up to a different location nearby and they tell you your reservation for 8:30AM has been bumped due to Enterprise's terrible, broken system which occasionally screws you over despite booking and confirming your reservation well in advance... when they have no vehicles to rent you! Would be nice if they even bothered to call and say hey, just saw your reservation. We're sold out!) Here's where I can't look the other way. The manager at this location has consistently been rude and unhelpful in such situations. Further, their employees at this specific location have lied to my face about the enterprise rewards I would receive. They go the extra mile to tack on extra driver fees when there are none, simply for having your spouse pay.... not to mention exorbitant one way fees that have in the past more than DOUBLED my DAILY rate, FOR. EACH. DAY. This is the ONLY location which has taken liberties with my contract in such an underhanded way, whereas I've received noticeably better service in contrast with any other Enterpise location. I will go out of my way to again mention the snobby, disrespectful attitude their employees cop every time with my relatives in the room. The lack of professionalism extends far beyond the attitude, going so far as to completely drop the ball on my contract when I was stuck in a tornado... and subsequently damaged vehicle for a full week! We see yins 👅
