- HBHakeem Bilal6 days ago1.0I rent from various Enterprise locations every month, and 95% of the time I don’t have issues. I’ve even rented from this South Hills location many times before. But for a recent one-way rental, they gave me a car that was in desperate need of repairs. The brakes were warped, and the car wouldn’t stop on the highway without massive vibrations and noticeably weaker stopping power. This is just my opinion, but I think this location was pawning off their worst-conditioned car on a one-way rental so another location would have to deal with it. Luckily, the drop-off location was helpful about swapping me into a new vehicle and getting the other car serviced.
