If you booked a 7 passenger SUV with extra room for luggage, but are cool with being offered a compact SUV when you show up, this location will be ideal. If you're looking to be lied to about why the car you reserved isn't available (It came in damaged an hour ago, but is nowhere to be seen on the lot. We tried to contact you, but were "unable to get through.") then again, this is the right spot. Finally, if you're looking to be pointed to the companies generic help page by the manager who is pretending to be concerned by responding to your review, but is clearly not interested in following through, then this location will fit all your needs. When I called enterprise they were patient and kind helped me right away. Within 20 minutes I was able to have a reservation and get to enterprise Oakland. I arrived and was greeted the process was efficient, fast and smooth. It made me feel better after having hectic morning. The individual explained everything and gave me keys to car. After I signed and paid I was on my way. The car, Nissan Sentra was in perfect condition and ran smooth. Upon returning the car same efficient, fast, and polite customer service. Thank you so much Oakland Enterprise!
