- HEHarry EdgosAug 27, 20261.0I was told I would be given a Mazda suv as a replacement car and was given a stinky smokers car. I was told I would ne contacted by Enterprise at the conclusion of my rental and wasn't. I was told Zane is never in the office and Zane tells me he's always in! Was told I was to get a Toyota and then given a VW. Lots of lies. Was told to bring back with half a tank of gas and subsequently charge for not filling it up. Was given a tiny Mitsubishei and told I could swap it in the morning and mad to wait till 3pm. I lost the key to the VW and I have found it and have it in my possession. Worst customer care ever!!

I did not know that leaving my personal vehicle was a privilege given by the previous team members that are no longer there. I assumed a car for a car in the same spot would suffice. I guess not. No damper. Just change of plans. Probably won’t return to this location.

Service guys took a day or two to respond to my inquiry about the issue. And they were happy to exchange the car. That made me happy that they cared. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to switch out the car at the time. So no fault to them in that regard. But Yeahhh, probably just be mindful of the potential internal filters... 🤣
