  I had a great rental experience with this location. The process was fast and easy, and reasonably priced. I left something in the vehicle after I returned it, and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the item back.

  The car had 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up in Pittsburgh PA. I filled it up because I was traveling by myself and I didn’t know how many miles per gallon it would get. It had 3/4 tank of fuel when I dropped it off in Maumee OH so they took $40 off my bill for the extra.

  My father received a rental vehicle from this location, and the experience raised serious safety and customer‑service concerns. When he arrived at our home, we immediately noticed a loud noise coming from the engine. After checking under the hood, we found the coolant boiling over and smoking, which is a clear sign the vehicle should never have been rented out in that condition. When he returned the car, staff questioned whether he had removed the coolant cap himself—an unnecessary and inappropriate implication given the state of the vehicle. He was also told that because the original car was considered an “upgrade,” they could not provide him with another replacement similar. This was especially frustrating considering he had already waited over an hour just to receive the first car. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. Safety and professionalism should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not reflected here.
