  I don't have a credit card. The rep had me show them a current pay stub and a current utility bill. Budget Rentals declined to take my card at the last minute. Enterprise saved my vacation! The service was outstanding. The vehicle was excellent. From here on out, it's Enterprise for me.

  After a horrible experience with Avis (just a few blocks away), I booked a car with Enterprise's downtown Pittsburgh location online, and in a half hour, we were happily on our way! No line, great car, pleasant and kind employee who explained everything well and made us feel valued and respected. Thank you, Enterprise!!

  Excellent experience at Pittsburgh bus station office. Friendly and helpful staff. I was a bit disappointed that the van I reserved was unavailable but the SUV they gave me was big enough.

  This Enterprise location provided one of the best rental experiences I've ever had! Since I was paying with debit, the online system prepared me for all the documentation necessary to make pickup go smoothly, and the employees I dealt with at the desk were warmly friendly and made both pickup and return a breeze. I look forward to renting from this location again!
