  Renting a car was very simple. Staff walk me through the process very quickly, had a car within 5-10 minutes. The staff was kind and helpful, great service and had an overall great experience. They can pick and drop off customers as long as you're within the 5 mile radius (sometimes they will have exceptions - depends on how busy it is, how far, etc).

  I just wanted to share some awesome feedback about my recent rental with Enterprise! As a first-timer, I was a bit swamped with all the fees, insurance, and parking stuff, but the person at the counter was super helpful and even let me leave my car there. Then, when I needed to extend the rental, we were told we had to drive 44 miles away which we did only to find out we didn’t have to do that so I called my original pickup spot, and the same amazing employee waived the late fee, took my payment over the phone, and even helped me sort out a card issue. Seriously, they were a lifesaver! Even though I got charged for an extra day because they were closed on Sunday and the holding fee went to cleaning, the customer service was so incredible that it totally made up for it. Oh, and getting upgraded from a Chevy Malibu to a Volkswagen Jetta Sport was a sweet bonus – we're actually thinking about buying one through Enterprise Car Sales now!

  Rented an suv for a recent trip with my grandchildren. Since 2 are still in car seats, I needed a bigger vehicle to fit everyone. When I picked it up, they asked if I needed help figuring out the system. I said no thinking I could figure it out on my own....I was completely wrong. I called and took it back in and they helped me figure out how to use the info center. Then when I returned the vehicle still with one child in a car seat they had no problem taking me home and helping me unload the vehicle. All with 20 minutes before closing time. Will definitely rent again from Greentree office
