  Rented an suv for a recent trip with my grandchildren. Since 2 are still in car seats, I needed a bigger vehicle to fit everyone. When I picked it up, they asked if I needed help figuring out the system. I said no thinking I could figure it out on my own....I was completely wrong. I called and took it back in and they helped me figure out how to use the info center. Then when I returned the vehicle still with one child in a car seat they had no problem taking me home and helping me unload the vehicle. All with 20 minutes before closing time. Will definitely rent again from Greentree office

  Revered a vehicle when I get there they don't have it. It has happened to me at 3 different locations noblestown rd. Campbells run . An bridgeville. If u don't have the vehicle don't tell the customer u have it then when they show up they it's not there we can put u in a different ride. What is a reservation for

  Always helping us out when a second family vehicle is needed. Staff communicated early about Jeep recall and offered a few on hand vehicles to chose from. Staff was very helpful and the vehicle was a huge help for the weekend. Thank you!

  Great experience,very convenient drop off and pickup at auto body shop. Representative was very knowledgeable she explained everything and she was very pleasant and professional.
