  Absolutely horrible experience and communication. I had my Jeep repaired here in January. In April, my vehicle stopped working, so I took it to the Jeep dealership. The dealership informed me that my transmission had been punctured during prior repair work. After speaking with Jeep, City Collision told me, “We’ll get it towed here and take care of it.” Based on those conversations, I believed they were handling the issue directly. Instead, they kept my vehicle for almost two months and filed an approximately $5,000 claim through my insurance without ever communicating that to me. They ultimately could not complete the repair, so the vehicle had to be towed back to Jeep anyway. My insurance was charged about $1,150 in towing alone for two trips that were only 8.5 miles each. After finding out they could not complete the work and would be towing it back to Jeep after my vehicle had already been there for over a month, I waited days for it to actually be transported. At one point, I went to City Collision myself and offered to call my own roadside assistance to have my Jeep taken to the dealership that night. I was told, “No, we’ll take care of it.” Not, “No, we’ll just charge your insurance nearly $600 for another tow.” What makes this even more frustrating is that the repair could have been completed at Jeep for about $900, and I likely would have had my vehicle back the next day. I even suggested that option at the beginning, but was told they would handle everything themselves. Communication was nonexistent. The only updates I ever received came after multiple phone calls on my part, and I didn’t even learn that an insurance claim had been filed until I received an email from my insurance company. That is something City Collision should have communicated to me directly. I’m still waiting for a callback from management to discuss this situation, which unfortunately is consistent with the level of communication I experienced throughout the entire process.

  Was in town for a trip and hopped a curb, called about a minor repair, Mike was very professional and got me in right away! Got me taken care of and back out in under an hour. Highly recommend

  I don't know what happened to this place as it was literally one of the better repair options in the region before, but in 2026 I would no longer trust these people with my vehicle. End to end repair time of 6+ months on a fairly straightforward bumper repair while they lie about the timelines/work completion expectations as well as claim "part backorders" on parts that are available. It's understandable there may be delays on getting parts but just never following up on them for weeks and weeks at a time is wildly unprofessional (seems they hope you give up following up on them like your teenage child so they don't have to deal with it). Customer service was horrible. Attention to detail was significantly lacking (I will never be able to fully get some these deep swirls and paint scratches out that were put into the car I've been trying for a while -> they literally damaged the paint so badly on my car hood that had no damage on it before coming here it requires $500+ in aggressive paint correction work to fix). And to top it off the way the employees treat your vehicle while it's under their care is beyond disrespectful. The abuse done to my clutch was unacceptable I didnt drop my car off there for 30% of the clutch life to burned by some learner drivers. This is such a far cry from the reputation this business was built on over the years. I will not be back here for anything. I will be telling others to avoid this place at all costs it's a circus show now. Come here if you want to waste months of your time, while being disrespected, and end up disappointed with the outcomes + additional extreme repair costs to clean up their work.

  They treated me like one of their friends!!! Friendly & very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. This is the second time using them as they repaired fender damage for on a different car.

  had a very disappointing experience with this body shop. The owner was not honest or transparent about the work being done or the pricing. As someone who is not a professional in this field, I relied on their expertise, but instead felt misled and taken advantage of. Communication was poor, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. The overall experience left me frustrated and without confidence in their service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want reliable and trustworthy work done on your vehicle.
