- OWOwen Watt3 days ago1.0I brought my car here after a break in and vandalism event on my vehicle. After mis-quoting me the cost of the repair and informing me it would be 1200 more, my repair date kept getting pushed back. It became clear that they bit off way more than they could chew, and I was left without a vehicle for 6 weeks. During this time it was very difficult to get any information, and the information I did get was usually wrong. Despite all this, when I got my car back the mirror was still broken, and they tried to hide the issue instead of buy a new part. The steering column was also assembled wrong, creating a major hazard. At this point I just completed the work myself because I had lost so much confidence in City Collision that even a simple fix like that is not something I would trust them with. Stay away.

Went in on a Thursday morning, with the expectation to have the estimate by end of day or at the very latest the following Friday. I heard nothing, so that following Friday I called & was told she’d have the estimate done by the end of the day. I never heard back. A week later I called, and no one answered. I left a message asking about my estimate and after 2 more full weeks of silence, I gave up. My insurance said they never received the estimate and then in addition to that I never got a call back. Super disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if something as simple as an estimate couldn’t be followed up on, imagine them having your car and not providing updates.
