However, the timeline kept getting pushed back—first it was “another week,” then it turned into repeated delays. When I finally got my car back, I took it to the dealership for an oil change where they also do a free multipoint inspection. The dealership discovered the control arms were still damaged and had not been repaired. When I brought this up to my insurance company, they refused to cover the remaining damage from the accident. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. It felt like the shop was more focused on moving cars through quickly and collecting insurance payments than ensuring repairs were done thoroughly and correctly. I would not recommend this shop.
