  I first used Centerline Collision and 2019 and the work was great. This time around, it just felt like there was a gap in quality control or they're pushing cars. First repair, my insurance company approved the original estimate and the shop changed the repair order the day before pick-up, neither myself or the insurance adjuster were aware. There were a few items from the estimate that were not completed (paint matching the inside door jamb, absence of new seals, and a damaged area still left unpainted). The shop manager and estimator were very apologetic and friendly about and they scheduled for repair #2 to the original estimate this time. After coming back upon repair #2 completion, the inside door jamb was still not paint matched and the outside door had small hairs underneath the clear-coat and dimples/craters in the base coat. After escalating with my insurance company about quality concerns, the shop decided to refinish the door again. They did paint match the inside jamb this time and there are less noticeable paint defects. At this point, I'm just giving up pursuing any additional work and accepting as is. It's possible my expectations are high, but I probably would not use this shop again or recommend to friends/family. It felt like I had to be the professional instead of the customer and know when to advocate when something isn't correct. I will say on a positive note, that the manager and estimator are very nice people and offer very good customer service. Also, no issues with the body work, everything was always well put back together and crisp body lines. I also had no concerns with how they paint matched; the color was spot on. I attached some photos of paint defects in the final product.

  Highly recommend !! My car looked brand new when I picked it up! In addition, their customer service and ease of the whole process is amazing!!

  They took their time to answer all my questions not having been here before. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me throughout the process. Car was done sooner than expected and looked good as new! Good people, great work and would recommend to anyone needing repairs done to their vehicle.

  The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and prompt. Sent daily updates on the status of my vehicle and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. Great shot, highly recommend!
