  I don't even know where to begin! Not good customer service and lack of communication for starters. I was in a "small " fender bender, When I dropped my vehicle off 4 WEEKS ago. The man was very nice and seemed like he cared. I felt comfortable leaving it there. I was told 10 days. I thought wow that's long, then it got changed 3x after that! I had to get updates through text, noone called me. I got automated computer generated texts. Well after 4 weeks I get a call from my insurance that it is a total loss because of the amount they were charging to fix it, it was too close to the value of my vehicle. I was never even remotely informed that this could end up being a loss. When I went to get all of my belongings out of the vehicle, my vehicle looks worse than when I dropped it off. My insurance is paying them like 6500$ for repairs that didn't even look like anything was done what do ever, looked worse. The manager and the worker that was handling things, I won't say any names, didn't even have the decency or respect to even show their face. I had to speak with the front desk guy. No apologies for anything whatsoever. I didn't even get help with removing my new stereo, even though I asked and was willing to give them even more money than they already made out with. I had to call auto addiction to guide me over the phone how to do it. Eventually after me going in and out of the shop 3x someone did come out and tell me what wire to cut. He was nice, I forget his name. If I would have known how bad the experience would have been I would of chose another place for sure. If 6500$ was charged for work it sure in the hell didn't show. The manager said he would try to get me an additional day on my rental, well I didn't get any call or text about that either . I should have taken an after picture. I am a nice person and am very understanding with people that show the same respect to me. I would never go there again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone I care about. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review on any business, but this experience was unlike any other. Hope they are happy, they got paid a lot of money to do ??? And bc they charged so much I lost my vehicle that I had for 12 years. Which was in good shape for being that old.

  I am incredibly pleased with my experience at Centerline Collision from start to finish. I was able to bring my car in the following day after I called to schedule an estimate. I then was able to drop my car off a few days later to start repairs. To follow, my car was complete ahead of schedule. Additional highlights were the staff that took time to listen to my concerns,requests, and give me honest opinions regarding my car. My car was beautifully detailed and I was given updates each day keeping me in the loop. I appreciate each and every one of you. I will continue to recommend you and keep your contact information in my pocket for any future work that may need to be done.

  We had my wife's car in a few months ago after it was side swiped, and both she and I were thoroughly impressed with Centerline from beginning to end. For her, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming when she spoke with them, very clear on the communication about what was going on with her car. For me the work on the vehicle is just fantastic. It is Honda Sonic Blue which has flake and pearl and changes color, really nice paint color, and the match is awesome on the car. I looked it over and can't tell where any work was done. They even went above and beyond by touching up some paint failures on the door handles, which is a common issue. In the future I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Centerline, or refer someone I know to them.
