  I had a great experience with centerline collision! The work was completed quickly and professionally, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They made dealing with my insurance claim so easy and took the stress out of the whole experience. Highly recommend!

  First they don’t order parts until you leave vehicle when other shops do order and then schedule repair, was told it would take 2 weeks for repairs and its now 3 weeks till don't have it back and its been delayed 5 times now, recommend going somewhere else.I will never bring my vehicle here as they could care less you're paying out of pocket for rental when they keep screwing you over.

  I went to the shop due to my insurance saying that it was one of their chosen shops, I had my car fixed and I thought everything was okay. I went to another mechanic to get my oil changed and to have my scanner reset for my oil change, My scanner for my car does not work, my interior lights do not work when they did work before I took it in, also on top of that my hazard lights do not work, and I could not pass inspection due to my scanner not even turning on. I called the shop to talk to their general manager and the secretary said that the general manager has my information and I said well this is my only time that I could talk today and I was like I work today he goes. We work all day too, and we have a lot to catch up on. He was very rude and a lot of attitude towards me. They were supposed to show my insurance on what they were not able to fix yet. They did not send it in. I’m not a person to complain, but when Someone gives me attitude then I will.

  If I could give Centerline Collision Center in Clairton more than five stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Bobby and John for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire repair process. They kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. That level of communication and customer service is hard to find these days. The quality of the repair work is outstanding. My vehicle looks incredible—honestly, it’s as if the damage never even happened. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work. They also made the rental car process completely seamless, which took even more stress out of the experience. Everything was coordinated smoothly, and I never had to worry about the logistics. To top it all off, they went the extra mile by thoroughly cleaning both the exterior and interior of my vehicle before I picked it up. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. When I arrived, my car was spotless and looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. It’s those little details that really set a business apart. If you’re looking for a collision center that delivers exceptional workmanship, honest communication, and outstanding customer service, I can’t recommend Centerline Collision Center enough.
