The staff was incredibly helpful from the get-go, and Jennifer especially went way above and beyond! It turns out the problem was beyond my scope of understanding, but she helped me determine the cause of my issue, then helped me find and replace the problem part. I would recommend this store in general, and this location specifically, to anyone and everyone! I am beyond impressed with my experience, and will be returning here for all of my auto part needs in the future.

I recently purchased a Sylvania headlight bulb from AutoZone, but unfortunately the bulb turned out to be defective after only a few days of use. What impressed me most was how Mr. Eric, the Store Manager, handled the situation. I learned that Sylvania does not allow customers to submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer. Instead, customers must work through the retail store where the product was purchased. This can sometimes be frustrating for customers, but Eric made the process easy and stress-free. He took the time to listen, reviewed the issue professionally, and helped me find a solution. His knowledge, patience, and commitment to customer service turned a negative product experience into a very positive customer experience. Thank you, Eric, and thank you to the entire AutoZone team on Saw Mill Run Blvd. Your willingness to stand behind the products you sell and help customers resolve issues. The other is issue was with reversed placement of the other bulb. Fabian an employee of AutoZone sorted this issue for seconds. Thank you , Fabian. You are the Pro!
