  I had a wonderful experience with the Alamo team at the Pittsburgh International Airport, specifically with the site manager, Brock Bowser. My original 9-day reservation for a Chrysler minivan (booked through Costco Travel) had a vehicle substitution error at my pickup location in Cedar Rapids, and I was mistakenly given a smaller SUV that did not have enough cargo room to pack my daughter's household belongings after her graduation here in Pittsburgh. After coordinating with Costco Travel, Brock Bowser at the Pittsburgh airport took fantastic care of us. He immediately stepped in, understood our stressful moving situation, and seamlessly coordinated switching us back into the correct minivan category for our drive back to Iowa. Brock's professionalism, empathy, and efficiency completely saved our trip and took a massive weight off our shoulders during a chaotic graduation move. Alamo is incredibly lucky to have leadership like him on the ground. Thank you, Brock, and the PIT airport team!

  The booking was easy. The service at the counter in airport was friendly, clear, quick, and easy. I received an upgrade because the model rented was not available. It was nice. I enjoyed my experience with Alamo. I highly recommend them!

  Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! After being turned away from Hertz, we were able to get a reservation to fit our family's need while here in Pittsburgh. The staff was wholesome and awesome!!! Our arrival into Pittsburgh Airport rental cars was horrible due to Hertz and their manager Brian but the Alamo staff changed that around for us.

  Had a fairly serious issue with my rental (side mirrors wouldn't stay in the open position making our 300 mi drive quite dangerous), but the nice woman who helped with the drop-off really did the right thing by voluntarily taking a significant portion of the cost off for us. For that reason I would definitely reccomend!
