  Great experience! I recently had shoulder surgery and wasn’t able to get to the dealership, so Mark worked with me over the phone and even delivered the car right to my house. He made the entire process easy and stress-free. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a great dealership and salesman. Highly recommend!

  The sales team made me feel like a valued customer. There was no pressure during the sale. Salesman was very helpful with going over everything and explaining all the options to me. They worked with my schedule and allowed me to come back the next day with some forgotten papers. A good dealership to do business with.

  My experience at Videon was seamless, quick, courteous and professional. I originally saw a car in there used vehicle lot that I contacted Rod about, and I was gonna go in that day to look at it and after a little bit of research, I decided it was a little too big for me. When I called to let him know that I would not be coming in. I said keep an eye out for a Honda SUV, Toyota RAV4, or something along that size. He said oh I have a RAV4 that just came in very low miles and excellent condition so I said I’ll be up to look at it and that was that it’s a beautiful car. He showed me all the new upgrades since I had a 2015 and I was going to a 2025 which was beneficial. Overall, excellent experience and couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Rod and the Videon team for your excellent service and attention to detail.

  Again we return to Videon where personal attention to your sales needs and customer satisfaction is their goal. With the help of our very knowledgeable and down to earth salesman Colin Rezer we were able to get the new 2027 Chevy Bolt LT with no issues. Colin’s smooth handling of our sale made the experience a pleasant process not a long drawn out paperwork nightmare. The owner is a nice guy who took a few minutes out of his busy day to speak with us and ask a few questions all general in nature. Overall a great experience and we will be back when the need for another vehicle arises.
