  Super nice and helpful staff! Just went for the first time and got a works wash and my car looks great. I also tried out the at washers and vacuums and had a great experience. I wasn’t sure how to use the mat cleaners at first and someone came out and assisted me. Once k got the hang of them they were very easy to use and cleaned my mats really well. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

  Overpriced and not clean. This wash doesn’t do any of the precleaning steps. I paid $18 which left dirt in the corner of the windshield, dirt across the back of the car and filthy tires (not sure what the 1x tire service gives you). They push the monthly subscription.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at Tommy Car Wash. I brought my vehicle to your car wash in pristine, excellent condition. I am the original owner of the vehicle, and it has under 30,000 miles. During the washing cycle, debris/grit or something appears to have become caught in the wash brushes creating a sandpaper-like effect that caused scratches across the lens of my headlight. I immediately brought this damage to the attention of your staff and filed a claim. Unfortunately, my claim was denied, despite the fact that the damage occurred while my vehicle was going through your wash system. My vehicle was in excellent condition before entering your facility, and I expect a business providing this type of service to take responsibility when its equipment causes damage to a customer's vehicle. Denying my claim without adequately addressing how the damage occurred is unacceptable. Because my claim has been denied, I intend to escalate this matter by contacting the Better Business Bureau and, if necessary, pursuing the matter through small claims court. I strongly encourage other vehicle owners to carefully consider the potential risk to their vehicles before using this car wash. In my experience, Tommy Car Wash failed to take accountability for damage that occurred while my vehicle was in its care.

  Employee at the counter very friendly and helpful. I’m pretty picky about drive-through washes, but this was pretty solid with a good deal of pre-water/soap and great drying. Vacuums and microfiber towels at the end. I’d return if I lived closer! Nice work team.
