  First, the staff is great. Very professional and friendly. I thought the car wash facility looked great and fun. However, I felt the car wash didn't meet my expectations. I went back a few times to test it out and it left residue on my car and just didn't clean my car that well. And no shine either with top wash. Also left scratches on my car as well. There are much more cheaper car washes that does a much better job. Unfortunately, neither of the two new car washes in Phoenixville did not meet my expectations.

  I am very picky about my truck. I always wash my own truck. But I utilize car washes in a pinch. I have not been even close to satisfied with any in my area. This car was just opened up across the street from another brand new car wash weirdly enough. After checking reviews I decided to try Tom’s out since I was in a “pinch”. I have to say the front of my truck was covered in bugs before the wash and after they were gone. My truck actually came out of a car wash clean. Pathetic I need to point out a clean looking truck after going through a car wash but like I mentioned cat washes over here suck. Tom’s will be my go to in my few pinches a year. Nice touch free vacuum (which suction was very strong) and also had mat cleaning station and high pressure nozzle by vacuums to get in nooks and cranny’s. Also sent my wife here with her suv and she was very satisfied and got a membership. Which included a free month. Thank you Toms express car wash. Hopfully you can keep it going and maintain and do a lot of inspection's on the car wash to keep it going and not eventually end up damaging cars like every other one around here.

  Sydney, Angie, and Ben (i think that was his name) were SO FANTASTIC! I lost the wipers blade off of my car, and they were so helpful! I just wanted to see if it was laying on the floor and I would just snap it back on. Unfortunately it was mangled (not their fault or their responsibility). They wanted to file a claim and get me a nee one. I told them it fine, but all of them were very eager to get things taken care of. I love these guys. Oh and Angie helped me get an error on account taken care of as well!

  Service was quick informative and very helpful they help me get in and out quick got me signed up to the app so when I come through for future washes, everything will be nice and easy. I appreciate it everything I would recommend again.

  5 stars. My car has NEVER BEEN CLEANER! Stayed clean for few weeks. 👇 The vacuums are great because they have one for each side of the car plus no anxiety provoking timer. The manager and attendant were both excellent and gave top notch attention and customer service! I would deleted some stars for the fact that there is a “License Plate Reader” upon entry, 🙄 but they let you opt out of that at the window. I’m sure most people don’t care about this data capture everywhere we go, but I hate that and am actively pushing back.
