  Customer service guy was super rude. Would not give me pricing on vehicle inspection before I book an appointment. Since when is this a norm for Mr. Tire?

  I am THOROUGHLY impressed by this establishment and the manager. Wow. I cannot explain how thankful I am for Mr. Tire. I had flattened my tire on a couple of screws while driving past a construction zone - changed the tire to a spare - was immediately concerned due to how old and flat my spare was. I knew I wouldn’t be able to make it more than 24 hours with it. After calling around relentlessly for hours looking for someone who could help me replace the tire to at LEAST a better suited spare, the manager at this establishment informed me that not only could he replace the tire with something more heavy duty, he could complete ALL 4 tires the same day! The manager was already fully swamped with customers and the closing hour was approaching rather quickly, but he took the time to help me ensure I could drive to work the next morning. I will ALWAYS be grateful to this establishment and I will be coming here for all of my auto needs from now on. Timely, personable, affordable, and reliable…. What else can you ask for? Thank you, Mr. Tire.

  Very incompetent team over there. My Camry started to make an engine noise so I brought it in for an oil change and had them check the noise. They told me it was low on oil causing the noise and “to keep an eye on my oil but everything is fine”. Only a month later my engine dies and when I bring it in to them they told me “well we told you to keep and eye on the oil” and “when I had a Toyota I took the dipstick out and checked every week”. Well, if they had told me to do that or stressed the severity of the situation I clearly would have. I don’t think the average person knows to just check their oil levels constantly. Also for a car to burn through all of its oil that quickly makes me thing they screwed something up when changing the oil, but I can’t prove it and it’s not worth the legal action. Then on top of everything I’m now unexpectedly out of a car and they have the nerve to tell me to get it off the lot by the end of the day. Just very unhelpful and they could care less about the situation. Worst part is the guys over there are very nice, just completely incompetent.
