  Man these dudes were great. They helped me push my car to the shop (starter went kaput) from the near by mcdonalds all the way over. And had me in and out of there within minutes. James Nate and Randy you guys at Monroe were AMAZING 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!

  Easy to get my car in for an inspection. Wayne and the guys are very friendly and won’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need, as is the case at a lot of mechanics. Very reasonable prices and patience to describe services to the customers. Will definitely be a repeat customer here!

  I came here for my first time getting an inspection by myself, ended up needing new brakes and an oil change, they did it quickly and gave me a very good price on everything, staff was extremely friendly and all together it made for a very good experience, would come back.

  The issue was my vehicle computer that I replaced at an automotive electrician (not Monro), not the alternator, starter solinoid sensor, or crankshaft sensor. They continued to throw parts at it (listed above) until I told them to stop because they couldn't figure out why my vehicle was cranking but not turning over. The new manager should stop throwing parts at vehicles because they never mentioned any part other then one part at a time, increasing the bill. My vehicle starts up now perfectly since the new computer has been installed. They never considered it was the computer that was the issue, I had to figure that out myself. Hate to post a negative review.

  I will be posting photos and adding a comment with further description as it is too long to include here. The mechanic accessed my personal information (phone number and name) and he decided to reach out to me via Facebook and his personal phone. I left after paying and waiting from8:30 am to 6 pm and paying hundreds of dollars my check engine light was still on and car was overheating by the time I got home. When I came back they wanted a few hundred dollars more to put in a thermostat after the water pump. Long story short neither were the issue. All I needed was a 37$ coolant temperature sensor. And they completely lied to me. The mechanic also watched a YouTube video of how to perform their service I need I’m notified and it is horrible. I will be calling corporate to report this.
