  4.8 star average with 300+ reviews and I TOTALLY understand why. I was in Philadelphia for work and staying a couple extra days to sightsee. I ran over a nail on the trip in and barely made it to my hotel. It was super easy to contact TriStar and make an appointment. Dave was fantastic and got my tire patched up in less than 30 minutes. In addition to be super efficient, he was also able to give me some recommendations on places to go while I was in town. Above and beyond. Thank you for your help and your kindness!

  Came out to a flat tire after a long day of work. Called many mobile tire places to help with the solution. Tri star 24 hour mobile tires not only answered but was professional and knowledgeable. There service got me back up and running when all hope was lost. They even worked with me knowing that my budget was not All that great. This place show character and integrity. While helping a family man like me out. Thank you for such exceptional service. I recommend them.

  Paul was nice to talk to but I would not recommend if you’re in a rush or you need tires replaced. It took the entire day. He did tell us a time which we knew was late, but even after showing up it took over 2 hours. They did not replace the valve stems. Weeks later we found the tire was not seated properly and leaked very quickly when the weather changed plus we had a heavier load than usual. New tires should not do this and it has to do with the poor seal with the rim - which was not checked (or at least not mentioned). We should have had a legitimate shop take care of this and that’s what we’ll do in the future, even if it means getting towed to one. I also see they checked every Identifies-as-woman-owned, Black-owned, Indigenous-owned, LGBTQ-owned” etc box on GMaps which is disingenuous.
