  Picked up a rental from there today the experience was really really good and friendly the lady at the desk was really nice to me and for my friends I think her name is sienna or something like that thank you so much!!!

  Fantastic experience from start to finish! I had an absolutely seamless experience renting from the SIXT Downtown Philadelphia location. The entire process was fast, incredibly organized, and completely stress-free. The desk agents and recipients were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The vehicle itself was spotless, in perfect condition, and a total pleasure to drive. SIXT always delivers a premium feel, but the outstanding customer service at this specific downtown branch really made the trip. Highly recommend them if you need a vehicle in Philly! Shout out for sienna she was just amazing if you go there make Shure to go to her she is the best!!

  This location will pull every scam in the rental book. Steer WAY clear. Refused to rent out the class of car we reserved and would have wasted our entire day until we paid for an 'upgrade' to a high-mile mediocre condition base-trim Mercedes we absolutely didn't want. Then on return plastered us with completely bogus scratch damage charges. Read the other reviews... they do this as a business practice. Never again, and never again SIXT as long as they're okay with agencies like this one operating this way.
