Despite a few unexpected hiccups on my end, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired quickly and professionally. It was a very emotional and stressful experience, but the team reassured me every step of the way and did a flawless job. I'm so glad I didn't let the dealership convince me that the damage was worse than it actually was. Thank you all again for your outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness—I truly appreciate everything you did!

The process didn’t take very long and when he was done. He gave me instructions on how long to wait to wash my car and other things. Very good service.

They had to reschedule twice (once because the window was late arriving, another due to inclement weather) but they gave enough advance notice where it wasn’t an inconvenience. Jaquan did a great job replacing and installing the new window. Highly recommended!

I am trying to call the shop but all that happens is I get routed to their central service and they don’t publish service center numbers. Part 2: it continues to get worse I came back it to have it replaced today. I pick up the car and then they call a few hours later to tell me me they didn’t re-calibrate the the safety features at this morning’s service so I have to come in for a third time for one windshield replacement. The only think I have been offered by the establishment for the waste of 3 hours of my time and $100 in transit costs are attitude and excuses. Avoid this place.
