  I had an exceptional experience with Safelite! My technician was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. My vehicle is a 2006 Infiniti M35, and because of its age, removing some of the older trim and brackets presented challenges. He took his time and handled everything with great care. I especially appreciated his efforts to preserve my Pennsylvania inspection stickers, saving me additional time and expense. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and dedication to providing excellent customer service truly stood out. I’m extremely pleased with my new windshield and grateful for the care he put into his work. He deserves recognition for a job well done. I highly recommend Safelite!

  Amazing experience. They met me at my office and went right to work. The windshield was replaced quickly and looks great! They left my car better than they found it!

  You have to appreciate the quality and professionalism from Marcel and his team! I have worked with Marcel for years and now being serviced by his team has been absolutely fantastic! The service is great and everyone loves being there which makes the environment totally different from anywhere else. Thank you guys again!

  Outside of the work completed on my vehicle, my experience was extremely poor! I was given a 5hr window for the technician to arrive and he showed up 1hr and 30min late. I called three times with no answer. I also called customer service only for the system to continuously hang up on me. I had I choose “schedule a new appointment” just to get a real person on the phone; of course they had no answer for me. Once the technician finally shows it’s not even the person they emailed about that morning! If you were going to change my technician then you should have communicated that so I would know who’s working on my car! When you are talking about the customer experience it’s starts from the beginning until the job is complete. That includes communication and updates when needed. We shouldn’t have to chance you for the required information.
