Absolutely horrible experience and I never even made it through the door. I called because someone told me they did upholstery/leather work. Steve told me to call back because he was busy. Fine. I called back. Then I got the same runaround again and again for about a week. The guy was rude, short, abrasive and acted like I was bothering him for trying to give the company business. If I owned this place, I’d rather have a two-year-old answer the phone. At least the two-year-old might sound happy somebody called. I’ve been in the car business for 25 years and I deal with customers every day. If one of my employees talked to a potential customer the way I was spoken to, we’d have a serious problem. Thank God I got the warning signs before I actually dropped off my 4Runner. I’ll have one of our dealership vendors install the leather instead. I grew up in Philadelphia, and it’s sad seeing customer service like this. If this is how they treat you before they even have your money, I can only imagine what happens afterward. Easy decision for me. Never going there.
