- JHJoe HauerMar 5, 20261.0Very disappointed in this body shop. First I must say, they are very rude to anyone on the phone. And complain about people calling when you wait in the lobby. My car was returned after an accident, still not fixed. They dismissed the issue and belittled me. Maybe because I’m gay, not too sure there. I reached out to my guy at Toyota collision to help me with fix the issue. They fixed it finally, but only put a “bandaid” on it. The issue came back. Now they do not want to fix the car when I have a lifetime warranty with State Farm as since they are a repair facility for State Farm. They are saying this is “fraud.” Just own up to the work you do, and know you didn’t fix the car properly. Whatever you do, don’t bring your car here so you can avoid the headache.
