They did a great job! I bought a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am GT1 knowing it had a vacuum leak. They did a great job and they kept me updated. Very honest and professional. I definitely recommend.

Going downhill. First they lost my wheel lock key, found it in the street next to my car. Then they forgot to do the oil change completely, and when they finally did they charged us $150 for just the oil change, only to find out it was an “accident” after we called for an explanation. Now we take a car for a tire rotation and they break a lug nut and charge us $50 extra. I’m fine with paying extra for the convenience of walkability, but with these issues and the sometimes rudeness of the front desk it’s getting harder to justify. Not to mention I’ve found trash left in my car when I pick it up.

I love this place! Staff is really nice and their check in/ check out processes were super efficient. Website is great too, I was able to book my appointment and they send follow up text communications! I’ve gotten my car inspected two years in a row and appreciate the care my car has gotten.
