  I brought my dad’s 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport here after the exhaust pipe/system fell off from old age. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and honest with me about the temporary fix he installed and gave me some great advice for a permanent solution! I’ve also been to RAS for oil changes and inspections and it’s always an easy experience. I highly recommend!

  The last two times I brought in my cars, I told them “I swear the brakes are bad. Can you check them and replace them?” And both time they confirmed the brakes are fine and don’t need to be replaced yet. Said the same thing for a clicking axel. I would have agreed to repairs no questions asked if they just told me “yeah this needs to be done.” Both times they were straight up with me and insisted they do NOT do the unnecessary repairs. Meanwhile, Firestone charged me $180 to do a diagnostic and they were dead wrong, trying to get me to replace a fuel-air sensor when I just needed spark plugs. Rox Auto every time!

  I started going to Roxborough auto service because my mechanic was too busy and even when he could schedule work he took 2 or three days to do ordinary things. Roxborough always gets the vehicle back the same day even on bigger jobs like a clutch. They also stand behind what they do. once the redid a brake job for me because the new rotors made a small amount of noise. I highly recommend them
