  Tremendous staff very clean trucks great pricing the hours are okay they can't be 24 hours anymore they used to be long ago I don't like punctuation I am a CDL truck driver who has gassed up there before. Sean is awesome and so are the other employees I encountered both on the phone and in person whose names I cannot recall. I would highly recommend them as a staff.

  I usually rent from my local office! Unfortunately after reserving a 16' truck with a lift gate a week in advance and confirming the day before pickup, I was called the morning of to be told there wasn't a truck available. I was extremely pissed! They sent me over to this Penske office, which was 30 mins away, over a bridge into Philly. Again, more pissed because this set my entire day back almost 2 hours. When I arrived, Sean greeted me with such enthusiasm and professionalism. He realized how inconvenient this mishap was, that he didn't waste any time getting me checked in and out. I was driving off the lot in only like 15 min after arriving. He apologized over and over again and let ne know I was deeply discounted for my trouble and that the truck could be returned to my local office. Although this messed up my entire schedule, I'd keep using them over and over again.
