Unacceptable service at the PHL airport location. As a loyal National customer, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I followed the standard Emerald procedures and picked an open car from the row, but the experience turned terrible quickly. An employee named Calvin approached me with extreme aggression and was completely unhelpful. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he chose to yell and scream in front of other clients. The staff at this location lack basic customer service skills. Management needs to address this employee's unprofessional behavior immediately.

Great team at Philadelphia Amtrak station. We arrived on Friday 11th about 6 pm, and our customer service employee was exemplary. Polite, knowledgeable and made the entire process easy especially after an exhausting long train ride train. On our return on the 14th at about 1:45 the team member who processed our turn over of the vehicle was also polite, signaled us to the place to park in the somewha confusing underground parking, welcomed us back, asked if everything went well and we were unloaded and efficiently on our way on time back to the train. I recommend highly.

Very good experience with the two ladies at the counter at the Amtrak location in Philly - very friendly and courteous. Vehicle was in good condition, a very good and comfortable drive. The guy at Louisville SDF airport was also friendly and courteous. All in all, a very good experience.

Service person was professional and courteous. His instructions on how to find the car at the train station were perfect. I received the car that I requested when I reserved the car on line. I was very pleased with the entire process.
