  Zero respect for appointments or customer time. If i could give zero stars I would. ​Scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment for a diagnostic claim, oil change, and tire balance. Instead of keeping the vehicle in rotation while handling the electronic warranty claim, they pulled the car out of the bay entirely and parked it. ​Even after I called to confirm the warranty claim was denied and explicitly authorized them to proceed with basic routine work at 11:00 AM, the car sat untouched for over two hours. When we returned at 1:00 PM, no work had been performed whatsoever. ​They also claimed an electronic AutoIntegrate warranty claim takes "3 to 5 hours" to run—which is completely inaccurate. Having an appointment here means nothing; they will gladly kick your car to the parking lot and prioritize other work. Took our keys back and left. Save your time and take your business elsewhere. Also told them I had a bent rim and they said the tire was unbalanced and had no weights. I said because the rim was bent the last mechanic said they couldn't put weights on there successfully. They don't listen!

  They’re ripping people off and scamming. Go somewhere else. Called and got pricing for oil change for my specific car and was told $130, got to the shop and showed a coupon for $25 off that I found online and somehow oil change is $160, details below. Called to get pricing before booking appointment, at first they only wanted to give me the blanket price of $59 starting point, I asked for a price for my specific car twice before being transferred to someone in the actual shop. I was told $130 which was the average pricing I was getting, I then made my appointment later that day. I went back on their site and saw a coupon for $25 off with a free tire rotation and visual break check, I showed the lady at the desk when I got there, this is BEFORE service was started and keys exchanged. She ask for the my information to check me in, I gave her my keys and confirmed with the coupon the price will be around $105, she tells me without the coupon it’s $160! so with the coupon $135, I explained I called earlier and was told $130, she then says well my car takes 6L, I responded saying I know, and so did the person over the phone who gave me the price. I simply just asked for my keys back and left.

  After almost 13 years of getting my car serviced here, I won’t be coming back. The people used to be friendly. Now they’ve gone corporate and have they’re appointments scheduled from people overseas who scheduled me for a 12:30pm inspection, drove here to be told the inspector leaves at 12pm and I can come Monday. Well unless you’re going to pay me for a days pay, no I can’t come Monday. I won’t be coming back.

  Went for tire repair. Needed a plug. Made an appointment at 9 am. Called to make sure they had availability. After 2 hours the tire was flat and couldn’t go anywhere else. 3 hours later, done. 4 hours of work = 150$ Cost me more than the price I paid as I needed to go to work and made that evident. Probably wouldn’t bring my car back here if it was an emergency. If you can wait and leave the car I would recommend it.
