Today was a good day I bring my car to the mavis on hunting park and the service was wonderful I never had service like this before I met a guy name Bryant and he helped me with my car and even gave me recommendations that I never knew about I got my brakes flushed and I never knew about the fluid I love the place thanks Bryant

This is usually my go to spot. The wait time is always much longer than they say it will be but I just Uber home and wait so it’s fine. The front desk attendants are usually nice but this time I got the rude one. I feel like he tried to overcharge me for brakes and rotors, luckily I took it to a different mechanic. The cost went from $1300 to $698. I looked up the price of brakes and rotors for both axels and it was $250 so Mavis tried to charge $1050 in labor. Their labor fee is $175 an hour, does it take over 6 hours to replace brakes?

Great service here, but it seems like every Saturday your system does not work at all. Multimillion dollar company with thousands of stores, but an improperly functioning/nonfunctional POS system?? To the higher ups, you’re bleeding your stores and your employees/losing customers because work cannot be taken in/cashed out. A guy couldn’t even tell me what tires he had in my size today because his computers were down. Something seriously has to be done about that. No knock on the people at the store, they’re at the mercy of their higher ups/IT. Please fix this.
