I had an outstanding experience at the Mavis on Aramingo Avenue today.
I came in for tire repaired I preferred they use a patch, not a plug. Unfortunately, they were out of patches. Instead of telling me they couldn’t do it, one of the employees went above and beyond—he actually walked over to the Advance auto parts next door, bought a package of tire patches, came back, and repaired my tire himself.
Both employees at the front counter were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping. They made sure the job was done the way I wanted.
I highly recommend this Mavis location to anyone looking for honest, professional, and exceptional service.

Came in from Virginia and got awesome service from this dude on a flat repair. Quick, great price, no hassles and GREAT SERVICE. Got treated like I was back home. Couldn’t ask for better! Excellent Customer Service, Very Quick Service in and out. We have use them twice, struts and shocks also power steering flushed out and brake fluid flushed out. Both we had satisfying experiences and Quick Service and Customer service is everything to me and they are great and their upfront and trustworthy. You can't get that now of days so bring your car to Mavis you won't be disappointed, Thank me later.
