Durrell was welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly! Helped me pick out the best tires for my company’s work van. Asked me before doing any additional work on the van, and gave progress updates to anyone in the waiting area. If you’re bringing in a van, you’ll need to go to another place for the wheel alignment since their lift can’t accommodate the size of the van.

I selected 2 front tires and scheduled an online appointment but when i got to the store it turned out that those tires couldn't be used do to mismatch tread design. So Durell helped find another brand at the same price and ordered them. The tires were supposed to be in on Thursday but when I called on Friday to check I was told that unfortunately the distributor canceled the order due to them only having 1 tire in stock when i needed 2 and they never contacted the store about the cancelation. Durell ordered another brand so I went in this morning to have 2 front tires that were ordered installed. Hats off to Durell and Kevin for going over the work order with me and working out a nice discount. And a shout out to the techs for being thorough with a vehicle check and bringing needed and suggested repairs to my attention and getting me in and out shop at a reasonable time.
