Yeah, it’s expensive and looks a bit dilapidated, but it was easy to find parking on a nice summer afternoon in downtown Philadelphia. Paying the fee was easy. No real complaints.
I had to leave a review after reading so many negative ones and having nothing but the best experience possible... As soon as I pulled in, the arm lifted as the garage automatically recognized my license plate number. I found a fantastic spot on the second level, and the spaces are not as narrow as others have said... I mean, I'm not driving a Hummer, but my mid-sized sedan fit easy with plenty of room around me. Lots of people complain that the elevators don't work, but they worked for me! Entry and exit were very easy, we had the spot all day for cheap and saw Philly. Honestly so happy about this garage!
Dangerous, run down and cheaply managed. Everything here is either just barely works or has been broken for 10 years and they don't care enough to fix it. Exposed wiring in multiple places, flooring missing in the elevators, broken indicators. They do not care about you or your safety. Do not give them your money.

So bad reviews ive read here are just purely from people who are lazy and wants everything spoonfed. But for the price on the city center? This place is a steal! On my experience elevators are not working but its fine, small walks and not really inclined way. This place participates in SpotHero which i used and makes everything easy! SP+ parking which manages this garage has automatation that it detects your plate when you go in and out that you dont have to scan the qr code! Feels like a vip for me. Although place looks dilapitated, there are cameras monitoring and an onsite staff on ground office to assist. No bathroom.
Elevators are broken and you have to walk on the steep car ramp without a sidewalk or markings or handrail. No lights in the stairwell. Best thing you can do is continue to report the garage for building code violations and fire code violations by calling 311
