  Very reasonable weekend rate and convenient location, a short walk to Rittenhouse Square. The garage is in an office building, with people in the lobby near the payment machines, so it felt safe. The garage was also clean. I had a duplicate charge issue after my SpotHero QR code did not scan, but Steven, the Facilities Manager, was very helpful and processed my refund quickly. I really appreciated his excellent customer service.

  We had an awful and unacceptable experience at this parking facility today. The parking garage was recommended for its price as we were having brunch in Rittenhouse Square after the Broad Street Run. The price was very reasonable but that’s the only positive we can give. There were problems with the ticket scanners, so we used the pay by phone, got the QR code that payment was successful but the exit scanner wouldn’t read the ticket and QR code. We tried two different exit machines and two different customer assistance folks. It took over 25 minutes and a great deal of stress and frustration from us and repeating our ticket number and scanner failure. Finally they got someone remotely who opened the gate. Horrible customer service! Then they wanted to charge us a late fee since we had passed the 15 minutes allowed to exit after payment! This was not our fault that it took them almost 30 minutes to get the gate to open. They did not charge us the late fee. Unacceptable! Fix your scanners!!

  UPDATE..called the number left on my review, and the gentleman i spoke with said he doesn't do the PhilIy area and provided me with another number that doesn't even offer me the option to speak with someone. The 2 options i was offered was, i can search the company directory by name (i have no idea who that would even be) or option 2 was i could get transferred to HR. Customer service is non existent, so i am out of all that money. I booked online and paid $39 as we were staying at the sonesta hotel and it was close. When I got there, my bar code wouldn't scan, so I had to get a ticket and ended up paying ANOTHER $55 to park in addition to the original amount I paid online. I tried to call the customer service to try to fix it, and was on hold for over 15 minutes so I just hung up. Probably won't use again

  Parked here for a few hours on a holiday evening. Mostly vacant spots. Really cheap rate. Reason for writing this review is Mildred, the security personnel at the lobby. Our car battery was dead and we were stuck in the lot for over 30 mins waiting for RSA. Mildred was really helpful to us all throughout and even offered to find a jumper cable for us while we were waiting. Thanks Mildred.
