  Did a good Job I am happy. They fixed my problem and there was a button that broke on my trunk but fixed it fast once they got the part

  Pros : - quick service -low prices - close to SEPTA bus pickup if you want to drop it off and go home or somewhere else - slight cash discount Con: -Bad customer service -Unfriendly staff Overview : I would recommend if you need a window replaced . I had my front windshield and side window replaced . When I went to pick it up there was a crack in the new front windshield . They did not apologize for their mistake but did replace it for me again without extra cost. I do think they should have offered a partial refund since it wasn’t fixed right the first time, but I’d still go back even though they didn’t . It didn’t take long . For me the unfriendly staff isn’t that big a deal considering it was the best price estimate in the city . I hope I’m not in another situation where my window is broken like that but if I am I expect to go back to Jacks .

  I got my front passenger window done here and bought all brand new parts. within a month my window was stuck, the glass didn’t go up or down. I took it back and the guy was really nasty. While waiting multiple customers walked in with problem about work they got done. The one lady said water was entering her car, some people windows were getting stuck. They had a horrible attitude about these complaints and didn’t want to accept accountability that they did a bad job.

  Shout out to Jack’s Auto Glass & Parts! I called them today to see if I can get my window fixed. They ordered the window while I was on the phone. When I arrived, my glass arrived a few minutes after I did. By the way, I love the front desk dude’s sense of humor (Go Yankees Forever). I appreciate you guys for fixing my window after a bum broke into it. Y’all are the real MVPs! I’ll attach a before and after photo.
