My experience with Enterprise was amazing. Mr. Montrose and his team were awesome. The friendly greetings, picking me up from 360 collision center when I dropped my suv off to be repaired. Working with me hassel free when I needed to extend my rental by 5 days until my suv was repaired. To God be the Glory, I am so grateful for this team, they worked together to ensure the very best for me and representation of the company. Keep up the excellent work Mr. Montrose and staff. S. Terrible service. I booked and pre-paid for a car. When I arrived to pickup the car, they said only pickup or minivan was available and it would be twice the rate. Bait and switch. The staff had no empathy or reasonable solutions.
