  ⭐️⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dominic and Chris are absolutely the best! They helped my wife and me get into the car of our dreams, and they made the whole process so easy. Their teamwork was incredible, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you're in the Delaware County or Philadelphia area, do yourself a favor and go see them — you won't find a better experience anywhere else. We're so gratefully

  STAY AWAY!! If I could give negative stars, I would. This location completely ruined our family day and showed absolutely no regard for its customers. We reserved a 15-passenger van in advance so our entire family could travel together. We had a confirmed reservation through Expedia and had already paid a deposit. Yet when it came time to pick up the vehicle, they had given it away to someone else. When I called to let them know I was on my way, Jay told me they gave away our van because I never "confirmed" the reservation. How is a confirmed Expedia reservation and a paid deposit not a confirmation? What exactly was I paying for if they could simply hand the vehicle to someone else? Jay claimed he left me a voicemail the day before. I listened to the voicemail. At no point did he say that I needed to call back or that my reservation would be canceled and my vehicle given away if I didn't. He only explained what documents I needed to bring. If a callback was required, why wasn't that clearly stated Jay? Then came the manager, Stephon. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, he told me there was nothing he could do and said he would check other locations. He then left me sitting on hold for over 10 minutes. Eventually, another employee picked up and casually informed me that Stephon had LEFT THE ROOM!! Let that sink in. The manager left in the middle of handling a customer complaint that his staff, Jay, had created. No callback. No follow-up. No apology. He simply disappeared!! This is one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. Jay was bad but Stephon is inexcusable! A reservation apparently means nothing here. A deposit means nothing here. Customer service means nothing here. Because of their incompetence and complete lack of accountability, our family plans are destroyed. We wasted time, money, and an entire day that had been planned around this rental. Avoid this location at all costs. If this is how they treat customers with confirmed reservations and paid deposits, imagine how they'll treat you when something actually goes wrong. I will never rent from this location again, and after this experience, I have no intention of doing business with Enterprise in the future.

  Just rented a car from this location. It was an exceptional experience. Steff helped me with the pickup. He was so accommodating and pleasant. The car was perfect. When I brought the car back Ky helped me. She was just as wonderful. I left smiling and feeling so kindly taken care of with personality, smiles and great energy.
