  The ease of walking in not having an appointment and due to my emergency I was able to leave with a vehicle within 30mins. Also the ease and convenience to be able to extend the rental for a few more days. The staff was very pleasant and helpful not only to me but also their interaction with their fellow coworkers which was very impressive to me so thank you guys very much.

  I’ve been renting cars from this location for 2 months now. Jai and Derrick are always pleasant and help me with NO issues. But this particular time this was an “issue.” A manager by the name of “Kai” was very rude and condescending. She had an attitude when i first arrived at the counter. She acted like she didn’t want to help me to begin with. I’ve never interacted with this lady. I had a reservation at 12pm. She asked me what form of payment am I using. I said a debit card. She says you have to show a utility bill. I stepped off to the side, I pulled up my utility bill. She says oh you can’t use that because it has a previous balance on your utility bill. I said my previous balance on my utility is paid and the balance is at $0.00. What exactly does my utility balance have to do with renting a car? I thought the utility was used to verify my name and address NIT to see what previous balance I have on there. She says i’m not arguing. You can’t rent the car. Excuse me, Since when does a previous paid bill balance have to do with renting the car??? This took almost 2 hours when usually I’m in here for about 30 minutes. I had 2 appointments I had to go too. I ended up missing both of my appointments because of her. She totally inconvenienced me. This was the worse experience i’ve ever had at this location in the 2 months I’ve been coming here, consistently renting cars. I asked her for corporate number and she gave me the wrong number. I ended up having to Google corporate number and I called corporate and filed a complaint. They told me that a previous paid utility balance has nothing to do with me renting a car and that it was not their policy there. So I know for a fact that this Manager “Kai” was purposely being ignorant for no apparent reason. What type of individual does Enterprise have managing this location? This was an inconvenience and this is beyond unacceptable!

  Derrick got me in a car quick no hassle and every time I needed to extend my rental he took of that as well

  The service was great; they were very helpful since English isn't my native language. They provided all the support and assistance I needed to get the car and speaking of the car, it was very clean. I am definitely very grateful and would recommend them 100%.

  Real rap the regular staff at this location, yo they the best, it get busy at times but they do they best if you give a little leeway!! You won’t be disappointed. Than you for making my car rental process super easy and smooth fro. Start to finish, o and they go at the body shops when they try and play ppl time and money when they are involved in the rental process! The young women was interviewing and still helping customers when at first it wasn’t looking good she got my family in the right wheel for the trip, after I missed my original reservation.
