  It is an extremely busy Saturday morning. These guys are rockin and rollin to knock these lines out. People picking up and dropping off not to mention the phone keeps ringing. The multitasking to men is insane! And it's all done with upbeat attitudes making customers smile. Never seen anything like it at a rental company. These guys are an asset to Enterprise. It appears Stefan(I only heard him introduce his name so my apologies if it isn't spelled correctly) runs the show. Excellent job wirh that! Keep up the excellent work gentlemen!

  I do not recommend this Enterprise location. I waited for 3 hours, and then they told me the car I was supposed to receive had been given to someone else. I felt like the staff were giving more attention to women than to me. Very disappointing experience and a waste of my time.

  We needed a rental because our brand new car was damaged by our dealership. So, the dealership was footing the bill for our rental. When my husband went to get the rental, the person misled my husband. The rep sandwiched information about purchasing additional insurance. My husband was overwhelmed and in the moment said to the Enterprise rep, "Yeah, I mean if the dealership is paying for it, then I will go ahead and agree to it." We had the rental for about a week and a half when Enterprise called and said that I had to return the rental because they were getting alerts about the engine. So, I had to take time out of my day to return the car and get another. When the rep came out to inspect the car that I was bringing back, he saw a few scuffs and tried blaming me. I sent the pictures to my husband and he immediately sent me pictures back. My husband had taken photos of the scuffs when he picked the car up initially. Thank goodness that we had pictures prior to us leaving the lot. The fact that Enterprise tried to pin that on us was astonishing. About two weeks after I returned the second car when our car was finished from the dealership, my husband received a charge on his credit card for $250. That was the charge for the additional insurance. When my husband called Enterprise to explain that the dealership was covering all costs, the man was extremely rude. He said that the additional insurance was to be paid by us and was not the responsibility of the dealership. I then got on the phone and asked the guy if he initially laid that all out to my husband when he was trying to make the sale for the additional insurance. He was speechless. I then said to him about my husband saying, "Yeah, if the dealership is covering it, then I'll take the additional insurance", "Why didn't you correct him in that moment? That's when you could have told him that it was our responsibility, not the dealership." The guy then actually hung up on us. You bet I called back. He wouldn't get on the phone. We spoke to a manager who said that she would look into it. So, we filed a dispute with our credit card company and won. They understood that we were completely misled I'm not the information was not fully laid out. Avoid this place at all costs.

  The ease of walking in not having an appointment and due to my emergency I was able to leave with a vehicle within 30mins. Also the ease and convenience to be able to extend the rental for a few more days. The staff was very pleasant and helpful not only to me but also their interaction with their fellow coworkers which was very impressive to me so thank you guys very much.
