- DBDonavan Brownlee3 days ago1.0I arrived about five minutes early to pick up my vehicle and noticed three employees in the back rather than assisting customers at the front counter, which created a delay before I was helped. The young man who eventually assisted me was polite and professional. However, I was given a vehicle that did not meet the expected cleanliness standards of Enterprise’s Complete Clean Pledge program, despite other vehicles appearing to be available and the outside was visibly not cleaned. He did offer to have the vehicle cleaned, but by that point I was already running behind due to the delayed assistance process. The vehicle had visible stains on the seats and dirt tracked across the floorboards in every seating area. There were also maintenance concerns with the vehicle, which I reported upon returning it. I do want to emphasize that the customer service during the return process was top-notch, and this review should not reflect the overall professionalism of the destination facility. That said, stronger attention to vehicle cleanliness tracking and ensuring properly cleaned vehicles are assigned before release to customers is very important.
