  I made a reservation at this location for pickup this morning, and unfortunately, once again, I had a very negative experience. Every time I come to this location, I seem to have an issue with the same employee—a young African American woman with short blonde hair. She consistently has an attitude and comes across as extremely rude and unprofessional. Today, she accused me of trying to use a Cash App card to pay for my rental and declined my card. To be clear, this was a legitimate bank card. She made it seem as though there was an issue with my card, but I went to another location down the road with the exact same card, and the payment went through without any problem. What made the situation even worse was her attitude. She was very rude and actually laughed after telling me that my card was declined. I have never felt so disrespected while trying to conduct a simple business transaction. I would strongly recommend that management look into this employee’s behavior and how customers are being treated at this location. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  I had an amazing rental experience from start to finish! The online booking process was quick, and when I arrived Matt was friendly, professional, and efficient. He had my car ready right on time with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The vehicle was impeccably clean, drove smoothly, and was great on gas. Returning the car was just as seamless—the drop-off took less than five minutes. Outstanding customer service; I will definitely rent from them again!"

  Matthew who is the branch manager provided such amazing customer service! I had a reservation from a different Enterprise location that we brought over to this location, and he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to find me a car that was the best fit for my trip and worked with me on a price that I was really happy with. He was professional, kind, and genuinely made the whole experience so easy. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend working with Matthew if you’re renting from Enterprise.

  Montrose was courteous, understanding, efficient, and overall excellent. He explained things clearly to me and was concerned about my reason for needing a rental. He recommended getting comfortable in the vehicle. I would give 10 stars or more. The facility was very clean and smelled fresh including the garage area. I HIGHLY recommend this Enterprise location.
