  It was very easy to get the rental . My insurance made the reservation at the location near my house on Chelten Ave. There was only 1 employee and he was very fast and efficient. When I purchased my new car I called the South Philadelphia location to return my rental because I purchased my car in South Philly. I returned rental there and everyone was really nice. I told them my service dog was in the car and Ryan offered to take me to my car location. He was really kind and friendly. It was a great experience and I highly recommend.

  My experience with them has been great so far. Every representative there has been so pleasant and helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. And the rental I have is so cute! Lol it’s a brand new car as well.
