  Rented from Enterprise expecting a Nissan Rogue-sized SUV and was handed a Hyundai Kona instead, a noticeably smaller class of vehicle with significantly less cargo and passenger space. What really bothered me was that the representative never even mentioned the vehicle swap during pickup, almost as if they were hoping I wouldn’t notice it wasn’t the Rogue I reserved. I had to point it out myself, and when I did, the rep acted like the Kona was basically the same size vehicle and like I was unreasonable for questioning it. Anyone familiar with SUVs knows a Rogue and a Kona are not comparable classes. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. While driving on the NJ Turnpike, the vehicle was pulling aggressively to the right. I stopped to inspect the tires and found one side inflated to nearly 50 PSI while the opposite side was around 20 PSI. After correcting the tire pressures myself at a service area, the vehicle drove normally. That is an obvious and potentially dangerous safety issue that should have been caught before the car was rented out. To top it off, when I returned the vehicle, nobody asked how the rental went or whether there were any issues with the car. Overall, a really disappointing and honestly concerning experience.

  The team at the Front and Spring Garden Enterprise location in Philadelphia Pennsylvania exceeded my expectations on all levels. They were professional, efficient and didn’t overcomplicate the process. I’ve been renting vehicles with all different agencies for decades, and I’ve never had such a positive experience as the one I had the other day. I rented a full-size truck, it showed up, clean and was a fantastic vehicle to drive. The drop off was quick and efficient. Ronny was extra helpful during the drop off. Des was fantastic at the rental counter at pickup. There was communication before, during, and after, but not too much. I will definitely come back to the Enterprise location and hat off to the team for the Customer experience they provided. It’s also worth noting that I thought the price was affordable and I was even able to change the time of my vehicle pick up without issue.

  The customer service rep that helped me was very pleasant and it was a quick interaction. It was a nice vehicle and accommodated my needs. Unfortunately the car did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned after previous rental. The inside windshield was dirty, I found a wireless mouse in the center console and a used bandaid in the upper part of the flip top center storage. This is a great location for ppl in the city cause it’s close to the 2nd & sprig garden stop on the market-Frankford L

  I've been renting vehicles from the Front St; & Spring Garden St; location for about 2 years now.. I usually get good customer service every time i pick up a vehicle there. But this month of April/07/2026, i had reserved a "Mid Size Vehicle", which seats 5 people with room for 3 pieces of luggage. The gentleman that waited on me during pickup of the vehicle, was mild mannered, but when he took me to look over the vehicle,, I noticed it was a "Small Economy Vehicle", which seats 4 people with little luggage/storage space.. So i mentioned to him, that i had reserved a "Mid Size Vehicle", and he stated to me that the "Economy Vehicle" and other similar size vehicles, up to the "Mid Size Vehicles" are the same rental price.. Since i didn't want to dispute the issue with him, and just wanted to pickup a good rental vehicle, i agreed on renting the Small Economy Vehicle.. I'm considering to rent from another "Enterprise Car Rental Location", if this happens again..
