  Completely disappointed. The rent company should have responsibility to maintain the cars in good condition for customers safety. The car was old with no maintenance, low air pressure, no air caps for all the tire - I had to put the air every 3 days, half gas. I contacted them there are something wrong on break or some but they didn’t say any, and then I stopped by another branch to ask swap the car because I didn’t feel safe but there was no car they said. I contacted again the original location but they didn’t answer or reply. So I had to deal with unsafe car driving all rented days eventually.

  I’m not saying these other reviews aren’t accurate, and I would usually think I’m over reacting. But I reserved a car, through my work with a corporate code (so I have a job) months in advance. I was running late for my pick up time, I called to inform them and to double check what they needed from me to make this transaction as painless as possible. [some backstory; my father passed in October, I needed a car to go say goodbye. I sat there for hours getting all the things they were asking for only to be heldup by not being able to get a physical card w my name by the time they closed. Fair enough. I can totally understand that…] I was told I needed an drivers license and a debt card or credit card w me name on it. *i knew this from 8 months ago that they did not accept Cashapp PayPal Venmo blah blah but they do accept the chime debt card. They confirmed this on the phone* great. Thought I had all that. Couldn’t find the card, rushed to a bank to open an account, done. Called again to make sure I Only needed what they told me: a drivers license and a bank card. Confirmed. Awesome. I get there, they tell me I need a utility bill. Um? Okay, you didn’t say that when I called. I don’t have any utilities in my name. The only bill I get is my phone/internet bill. (Which sufficed 8 months ago, and is considered a utility by both the local, state and federal government. & enterprise, genrally as a company. (Bc I called the 800#, bc I know I’m not crazy and that was not an issue in October) The totally understanding, empathetic human at the counter, who apparently had answered one of my earlier calls bc they told me “I only asked about my name on a card” even though I repeatedly asked if that was it or if I needed anything else and if they were sure, pointed to the paper and stated that they ONLY accept gas water electric cable. That is all SHE will accept. Period.. this is something I cannot understand. The reason is to verify my address. Why can my phone bill not do that? Or my landlord who I pay who pays the utilities? Or my pay stub from the job whos corporate code I used? Like seriously? I wouldn’t have wrote this review if it was someone following a corporate policy who has no control over it, but that’s not the case. They choose to “only accept” those utilities. And can choose to accept anything else (or nothing) to confirm my address. They were not helpful. They wasted both of our time. And got a bad review bc this is not the first time this happened at this location. And really I’m writing this bc I then rushed to 7 & chestnut to see if they could help me. And there was no problem at all. So in conclusion, I hope the very helpful, kind and understanding woman with the hideous green curtains for pants has the best life. May the universe give you all you deserve. Truly. (& props to 7&chestnut for actual help and Information and saving my sanity <3)

  Very friendly staff. Great selection of cars. Great communication and was available right away to get a car ready and handled all minor issues. I've been to this location several times. They are highly recommended.

  Yes sir you right when I see term and condition need passport to rent the car because I am not U.S.A. national thanks for guiding me .3/06 3026 I rent the car for one day at spring garden branch Philly today I return the car Thanks person 🧍 who rent me car nice gentleman good behavior and very good manner today 4/06/ 2026 when I return the car also who take care nice person 🧍 very good manners take time for return less then 5 minutes thanks for enterprise car 🚗 rental from bottom of my heart ❤️
