  I’ve rented vehicles from the Enterprise location at 110 Leverington Ave in Philadelphia multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding. The consistently high level of professionalism, kindness, and customer care provided by the team keeps me coming back. Nyah Johnson and Montrose Jennings both went above and beyond to ensure my rental experience was smooth, stress-free, and convenient from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to help in every possible way. Whether it was answering questions, accommodating my needs, or ensuring I had the right vehicle, they handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. What really stands out about this location is how valued they make customers feel. The process is always efficient, the vehicles are clean and reliable, and the staff creates a welcoming environment every single time. It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers such excellent customer service, but Nyah and Montrose truly set the standard. I’m extremely grateful for all of their help over my many rentals, and I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for dependable service and a positive rental experience.   Rented a car to go on a long distance trip . The car type we requested wasn't available so the gave us the next size up at no additional cost. Unfortunately that car was shaking alot. Found out from another enterprise representative that's very common with the Nissan Rogue. The manager made it very easy for us to bring it back for a different vehicle and had no problems with the new car. Staff at this location are friendly and helpful.

  The customer service I received from the people at the Umbria Street location was superb. They were very polite and friendly, yet professional. The day after I picked up the rental car, they called to make sure that everything was okay. I had the car for 19 days and they reached out again to check that things were still okay. After the car was returned for me by my car repair shop person, I got a call from Enterprise to confirm the return and to go over my final bill. The caller again checked on my rental experience with them. Their customer service was exemplary. If you are in the area, I highly recommend renting from this location.

  Really enjoyed my experience with Enterprise. The location was extremely convenient, which made the whole process easy from start to finish. The app was seamless to use and made managing the reservation simple and efficient. The staff was very communicative, professional, and made everything quick without any hassle. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—I would definitely use this location again.
