  We rented a vehicle from Enterprise at their Manayunk location recently, as we are returning customers, and we honestly can not say enough about the staff there! Montrose, Niyah, and coworkers, are extraordinary! They are a young, energetic, hardworking team who genuinely try to keep the car rental process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because although we did accept the vehicle with visable exterior dirt we were unpleasantly surprised to discover how filthy the last renter left the vehicle. The staff was overwhelmed with customers and just didn't have time to fully detail our rental so it's not entirely their fault. The staff at this location is highly professional and very competent and we recommend this location based solely on the great team they have.

  I never rent cars, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the entire process was incredibly easy and completely stress-free. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had me on the road in no time. They made what I expected to be a hassle surprisingly simple. Great experience all around.

  Montro was helpful on June 18th. The woman who I returned the vehicle to was welcoming on June 23.
