  I never rent cars, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the entire process was incredibly easy and completely stress-free. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had me on the road in no time. They made what I expected to be a hassle surprisingly simple. Great experience all around.

  Shanique is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I needed to rent a car due to my own car being damaged in a hot and run and Shanique was so wonderful and helpful, I can't recommend her or this location for your rental needs enough. Everyone was very helpful, courteous and professional. Shanique went above and beyond to help and make what could have been a very frustrating day super easy. Thank you so much for your help Shanique!!!!

  I’ve rented vehicles from the Enterprise location at 110 Leverington Ave in Philadelphia multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding. The consistently high level of professionalism, kindness, and customer care provided by the team keeps me coming back. Nyah Johnson and Montrose Jennings both went above and beyond to ensure my rental experience was smooth, stress-free, and convenient from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to help in every possible way. Whether it was answering questions, accommodating my needs, or ensuring I had the right vehicle, they handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. What really stands out about this location is how valued they make customers feel. The process is always efficient, the vehicles are clean and reliable, and the staff creates a welcoming environment every single time. It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers such excellent customer service, but Nyah and Montrose truly set the standard.
