  Everyone at the Germantown Ave branch was so helpful, proactive, and kind. The customer service I received at every point of the rental process was excellent. The woman at the Germantown Ave branch is amazing. It was busy in there, and she was handling several customers and people calling and she handled everything with grace and everyone felt that they were being taken care of and she also just seems to really enjoy her job. A+ 100% 10 out of 10. Enterprise on Germantown Ave is the best customer service experience that I've had in the last year.

  Cars are not top of the market type, staff members are polite, helpful and efficient. Definitly will use Enterprise again.
